Microtonal Music This is a podcast that plays microtonal music, which is music that exploits tuning systems that are different from the standard 12 tone to the octave scale that's dominated Western Music for the past 500 years. On each show, I'll say a few words, then play a piece composed by one of many modern microtonal composers. I hope that this exposure will help you understand a little more of the world between the 2:1 and the 1:1.
