The Conference is an all day event at Bear Flag Farm in Winters, California. The morning program will feature plein air painting demonstrations by several eminent Sacramento Valley landscape painters: Gregory Kondos, Chella, Deladier Almeida, Philippe Gandiol, and Marie-Térèse Brown. Following the demonstrations will be a lunch with the artists. The day event will be followed by an evening party at the Natsoulas Gallery. This interview included conversations with painters Philippe Gandiol and Melissa Chandon. Melissa talked about her new book Landmarks: A Visual Essay. Melissa and Philippe talked about the Painting Workshop they are conducting in France this year from August 23 to September 1.
