Your organization may not be able to afford a full-time response team, but you can train your people to have a team oriented response. When preparing for an emergency response start with “why” (why do we need a plan,) move on to the “how” (using the points below,) and close with the “when.” The “when” is the easiest and is always the closer, as the answer is simple. Do it today, but do it one piece at a time.
